Tomodachi Life Miis to Appear in Smash Bros.

Looks like we’ll be getting a Tomodachi Life-inspired stage on the 3DS version of the new Smash Bros. Also, this stage will feature Miis from your Tomodachi Life island!

Here’s some info on the stage:

"The front walls of the apartments disappear so you can see the area within when a fighter overlaps with the room. The rooms are randomly placed and selected from among several types. Planting an X Bomb behind a wall might be an effective tactic."

Pretty cool stuff. Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS will be available starting October 3, 2014 on the 3DS, and the Wii U version is expected to launch this holiday season.

Doom Bots have hit Summoner’s Rift
I’ve gotta tell you, this post was delayed because I was playing Doom Bots, and I have to say, it’s one of the most fun game modes they’ve come out with yet.
Doom Bots are your classic Co-Op vs. AI environment with a big and important twist: all the bots’ abilities can alter and be even stronger than normal.
You and your four teammates will have to endure Ziggs’ Bouncing Bombs that home onto enemy champions, Zyra plants that spawn by themselves beside the nearest enemy champion, and Ezreal. The Prodigal Explorer alone has his own miniature version of Ultra Rapid Fire built into him- even on Doom Level 1, his Mystic Shot and Essence Flux shoot three projectiles within a 90˚ angle in front of him, and his Trueshot Barrage fires in four directions at once- in three different waves.
Summoner’s Rift is also darker and the bots have an eerie dark purple glow around them to increase the suspense of the game. When you win a game against the Doom Bots, you unlock the next level of Doom. You start out at 1, unlocking 2, then jumping directly to 5, and then the battle is really on.
Go round up your friends, summoners, and see if you can survive what the bots are dishing out.

Sharing Steam games coming soon?
With all of the news about DRM and sharing your games everywhere with Microsoft’s screw up, Sony’s digs, and Microsoft’s 180, it seems like Steam decided to (possibly) try something new!
In the source code of the new beta version of Steam, there is something called “Shared game library,” while it’s not very clear as to what that is, it suggests you’ll be able to let your friends play games when you’re not playing them, and you won’t have access to them when they are playing. With most new Steam features though, there’ll probably only be a few titles in the beginning that’ll take advantage of this feature.
Even though this is exciting news for PC gamers, we don’t want you to get your hopes up. This is a beta version of the software and can be removed or be something totally different in the end. We’ll keep you updated!
