Steam promises that this controller will work with every game on Steam, even ones without controller support. They say they fool the game into thinking it’s a mouse and keyboard.
Dual circular trackpads and touchscreen makes the controller very unique (albeit fairly ugly) but Steam promises high resolution precision to make it easy for both PC and console users to get used to.

SteamOS combines the rock-solid architecture of Linux with a gaming experience built for the big screen. It will be available soon as a free stand-alone operating system for living room machines.
