Square Enix Will Release Final Fantasy III For Ouya In March
It seems Ouya has hit a major stride, as Square Enix is supporting its launch by having Final Fantasy III ready at launch for the system in March 2013. The developer/publisher also released hints at some of their other titles such as Crystal Defenders, Imaginary Range, and the original Final Fantasy which have been released for other devices.
Perhaps this marks more big name developer/publishers to sign on later?

“OnLive Available on Ouya at Launch”
Android console Ouya has recently signed a deal with the cloud gaming service OnLive. So what does this mean? Over hundreds of games from over 80 publishers will be available upon the console’s release next March.
[[MORE]]The UK boss of OnLive, Bruce Grove, stated; “When OnLive first heard about OUYA, we were excited to see console gaming becoming more available and open. Like OUYA, we came to gaming with a new vision for making top-quality gaming accessible to more people, and we continue to look for ways to expand on that vision.
OUYA is rethinking the console business, making waves by using standard technology to make gaming for your living room accessible, affordable and more innovative than ever. In OnLive’s case, we pioneered a groundbreaking, cloud-based system that instantly delivers games to any device on demand.”New designs of the Ouya console and its controller were also released along with the statement “Please note that the design is still in progress—but we couldn’t hold out any longer. We needed you to know that the controller has two handles. You can hold it in both hands. P.S. We’re still deciding on the buttons. For now, we’ve stuck with the colored circles as placeholders. But don’t fret, we won’t leave out colorblind gamers.”

OUYA: A New Kind of Video Game Console
An open source console built with Android OS is trying to change console gaming. Giving indie developers the ability to bring their games to the television and giving you many Free to Play games and demos, this looks like it can do what it aims to. It also brings Twitch.TV to your screen so you can watch all the esports your heart desires.
With a Tegra3 quad-core processor, 1GB of ram, 8GB of flash storage, built in WiFi and Bluetooth, HDMI and USB support, and a controller with a touchpad built in, this little beast of a console will be more than enough running on Android 4.0.
All they need now is your support to make their prototype a product ready to be sold (extremely cheaply) on market, so go over to their Kickstarter and make a pledge!
