Even though the game is essentially LEGO in a digital environment, LEGO has branded some new sets starting at $34.99 in the likeness of Minecraft and yes, it’s official.

Official Minecraft LEGO Sets? Yes Please!
It has been confirmed that there will be official LEGO sets for the popular sandbox game, Minecraft.
Back in December, Mojang petitioned LegoCuusoo to create actual Minecraft LEGOs. LegoCuuso being an official branch of the LEGO company. Today, they said there was enough support (more than 10,000 people!) for the idea to pass:
“We’re happy to announce that the Minecraft project on LEGO CUUSOO has passed the LEGO review and we are now developing a concept that celebrates the best aspects of building with the LEGO system and in Minecraft. We can’t wait to show it to you-but it isn’t ready just yet. These things take time, so we appreciate your patience. More details are to come.”

LEGO Batman 2 Confirmed to Re-force the Justice League
Maybe. Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern are accounted for, as well as Lex Luthor and a Joker return. No word on others to join, but here’s hoping!
Sometime in the summer on… pretty much all the systems, LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, puts you back in a LEGO world where anything can happen. As long as it involves blocks!
