The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition

What do you get that adventurer who has just too many bombs and arrows? How about a(nother) free game? To celebrate the 25th Anniversary, Nintendo let it out that The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition is happening. Unlike the Gamecube original, it will be (of course) wireless. Since the video (and even Nintendo) reveals that it’s a DSiWare game, it’s safe to assume that the download will be accountable for all DS systems. Best of all? It’s free! As long as you download it between October 3, 2011 to February 20, 2012.

It looks like it’s adding some new things to the mix, which is always welcoming. Making the graphics switch over to NES and GB-style sure got me going. Hope it’s not just level-specific!

With all the Zelda and other fan-favorite series news of just this year, Nintendo’s making sure it pleases everyone.
