Mirror’s Edge 2 In Development?
After EA’s vice president stated in an interview that he doesn’t want DICE to simply be regarded for Battlefield, former DICE executive producer and current ngmoco general manager Ben Cousins went to twitter to say,
“It is general knowledge in the Stockholm dev scene that Mirror’s Edge 2 is in production at DICE.”
Whether or not this is true is not completely known at this time, but there have been numerous other sightings of development around. EA still declines to comment.

Black Ops 2 disk read errors?
If you’re planning on buying a hard copy of Black Ops 2 you might want to wait. It seems that some retail copies have the wrong files on them. A few Steam users are reporting that their second disk is actually Mass Effect 2. Now if this happen on Steam you could just simply let Steam download the missing files after you have the game linked to your account. Not sure how EA and Treyarch will deal with this for console users.
Bioware Mythic And Bioware Victory Drop Label
Two of the acquired EA studios have completely dropped the “Bioware” label from their studio names. Mythic announced that it dropped the label in order to reflect a new “change of focus”.
“Everything else stays the same - our passionate teams will continue to support and develop our existing titles as well as working on some new and exciting projects.”
Victory Games did not release any type of statement, but their website has removed all images pertaining to Bioware or Bioware being present in their name. Victory Games was added to the Bioware roster back in 2011.
Now, there are five studios left from Bioware, all named after their respective location of operation- Austin, Edmonton, Montreal, San Francisco, and Ireland. It is unknown if any of these studios are going to drop the Bioware label.
The new Bioware DLC is reportedly going to be exponentially larger than even the Leviathan DLC, and will feature the first female Turian as a recruitable party member. Not much else is known about the upcoming DLC, as Bioware has not made too many announcements regarding it, but look forward to banding together with the first female Turian soon and check out the new screenshots!
