        NEW DOTA INSPIRED GAME: Smite       So apparently a new DoTA inspired game, Smite, premiered it’s trailer this past weekend at the Penny Arcade eXpo. It is being developed by Hi-Rez studios. You may know them as the creators of the very popular, and recently free-to-play, mmo known as Global Agenda. The new DoTA plans to come out with a roster of about 20 different playable characters.          All the characters in Smite seem to revolve around different types of mythology. The game itself is very similar to DoTA (or LoL for those unfamiliar with DoTA ) except for the fact that this game will be in third-person view. How will this change gameplay? Who knows, it might just give us for of an MMORPG feel. Especially with the controls being WASD instead of right click.         The game is going to be release for free-to-play, like many other MMOs. No release date has been confirmed for Smite but Hi-Rez studios is planning a closed beta testing sometime before the end of this year.
