Viacom forced to net $383 million to former... →
Viacom and Harmonix have been passing the bill back and forth between each other for quite awhile now, but the courts have settled that Viacom pay former Harmonix shareholders to the tune of $383 million.
The dispute began when Viacom did not fully deliver on promises made when they bought Harmonix and promptly sold them.
Viacom has already filed suit to fight the decision.

Man Spends $16,000 On 100% Unique Virtual Sword →
That’s not a typo. The sword was auctioned off to this Chinese man for $16,000. Also at the auction were a $1,600 sheath for a sword (that’s right- the sheath, not even the sword itself), as well as a sheath for a special spear for $2,500.
So, what game is this for? Skyrim? No. Rift? No. Surely, then, it has to be World of Warcraft… right? Nope! The game isn’t even out...

Get Twisted Metal at release, get a download for... →
Co-director David Jaffe announced today that if you get an early copy of Twisted Metal for the PS3, you will be receiving a download code to get the original Twisted Metal Black that was originally for the PS2 as well! This is not the Twisted Metal Black Online version, but the original blue disc game with no online multiplayer.

Fire Emblem 3DS game to come out in April! →
Nintendo has finally revealed that the game, originally shown at the Tokyo Game Show earlier this year, will be coming to Japan in April under the name Fire Emblem: Awakening.
No comment was reached for the DLC that is planned for the game.

XBox Live Avatars lose guns soon →

Sony has reacted to massive online negativity by reducing the prices of Vita memory cards. The new prices are reflected below:
4GB: $19.99
8GB: $29.99
16GB: $59.99
32GB: $99.99
A whole boatload of new accessories were announced for the platform as well, and most of it will be available on the 15th- a week before the console gets released.

You can't pre-order The Last Guardian anymore. →
Though the game has not been canceled, you can no longer preorder the game from Gamestop or pretty much any in store retailer.
If you had the game preordered at a store, make sure to get your money back and put it towards something else or just get a refund, as Sony doesn’t plan to reinstate the preorders until a “firm release date” has been announced.

Masato Kato wants to twist Ninja Gaiden 3! →
